This room houses two coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), including a Brown & Sharpe Global Image 575 DCC with a measuring range of X-20", Y-27", Z-20" and a resolution of 0.000003".
Our CMM's are equipped to handle the most demanding application. Parts can be inspected on our CMM's using your CAD models in popular file formats, such as IGES, VDAFS, DXF, STEP and formats from CAD manufacturers such as CATIA V4/V5 and ProE, for example.
DTI uses a full range of precision measuring equipment calibrated against traceable national standards as well as statistical techniques for measurement system analysis.
Analysis and DocumentationA wide variety of statistical analysis tools and reporting capabilities are available that can be set up to continually monitor the manufacturing process while producing your parts. Our engineering team will work with you to ensure that you are provided with all the needed data analysis for your critical dimensions.
